Make & Upholster A Customised Foot Stool – 2-day Workshop

Want to kick back and put your feet up on something you made?

Over two chill days (that’s 12 hours of crafting!), you’ll learn how to build and totally transform a simple footstool into a comfy, stylish piece you can actually use. Seriously, no experience needed – we’ll show you everything from the ground up! Just bring along a cool piece of fabric you want to use for the top, and we’ll supply all the other bits and bobs. With a maximum of four people on the course, you’ll get loads of one-on-one help. By the end, you’ll walk away with an amazing upholstered footstool that you can brag to your friends about!

Day 1: Building the Base & Getting Ready to Upholster
Intro & What’s What – We’ll show you the materials and tools we’ll be using
Building the Frame – Putting together the wooden base of your footstool
Getting Ready for Fabric – Adding the layers that make it comfy

Day 2: Making it Look Awesome & Finishing Up
Upholstery Time! – Learning how to stretch and attach your fabric like a pro
Adding the Details – Making sure it looks neat and tidy
Final Touches & Admiring Your Work – The last bits to make it perfect, then you’re done!”
